High-gloss, lotus effect and protection. The innovative high-tech conserving wax sets new standards in matters of protection, durability, extreme deep gloss, long-term water repellence (lotus effect), easy-to-clean performance and vehicle drying without micro-beading.

The use of polyfunctional reactive components in combination with highest quality care components, which bond firmly with the surfaces as a network, guarantee perfect long-lasting high-gloss protection and improved visibility during rain (beading).

Improves with regular use the gloss and protection layer.  Covers fine scratches. Rubber and plastic parts, as well as convertible fabric top materials, are protected against fading and embrittlement.

How to Use:

Preparation:

  1. Ensure the vehicle is clean and free of dirt or debris.
  2. Rinse thoroughly to remove any pre-existing cleaning agents or residues.

Application Methods:

1. Manual Application:

  • Dilution: Mix Protector Wax with water at a 1:50 to 1:100 ratio, depending on desired concentration.
  • Application:
    • Apply the solution evenly to the vehicle using a foam sprayer or sponge.
    • Allow it to dwell for a short period (1–2 minutes).
  • Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water.

2. Mechanical Application (Foam Wax):

  • Dilution: Use a dosing pump or system to apply at 1:300 to 1:500 concentration.
  • Apply: Distribute evenly over the vehicle via foam lance or washing system.
  • Rinse: Rinse off thoroughly.

3. Hot Wax Application:

  • Dilution: Adjust the wax concentration to 1:1000 to 1:2000 in the hot wax dispensing system.
  • Apply: Distribute uniformly over the vehicle.
  • Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water for a streak-free finish.

Drying:

  1. Allow the vehicle to air dry or use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe it down for a flawless, high-gloss finish.
