Intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminum oxide quality. The intelligent grain size ensures very quick, complete removal of wash system scratches and similar traces of use and gives the paintwork a long-lasting deep sheen. Sanding marks left behind by 2500 grade sanding media are removed effortlessly. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly coordinated for the treatment of scratch-proof paint.

 Recommendations for use:

Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad) and polish the precleaner surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with our Profi ultrasonic cut microfiber cloth. Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Micro Cut M3.02.

How to Use:

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure the vehicle’s surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
    • Pre-clean the area to be polished to remove any loose debris or dirt.

  2. Application:

    • Apply Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 to a polishing pad (e.g., Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad).
    • Spread the polish evenly on the surface before starting the machine to minimize sling.

  3. Polishing Process:

    • Use a polishing machine with a maximum speed of 2,000 RPM.
    • Begin with greater pressure at a lower RPM to cut through imperfections.
    • Work the compound crosswise to ensure even coverage and effective results.
    • As the polish begins to break down, reduce pressure and increase RPM to enhance gloss.

  4. Residue Removal:

    • Wipe off remaining polish residues with a Profi ultrasonic cut microfiber cloth.
    • For a flawless finish, use Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 to remove any streaks or traces of polish.
