Ultra Clean has been specifically formulated to work well with Starke ceramic coatings and when used in conjunction with our coating system, Ultra Clean will ensure maximum gloss retention through reduced micro scratching during the wash process.

This wash is infused with silica technology that will revitalize the surface of the coating and lay down a thin film of the protective technology.

We recommend using this formula with a foam cannon when possible.

How to Use Ultra Clean (Ceramic Coating-Compatible Wash)

Materials Needed:

  • Foam cannon (recommended)
  • Microfiber wash mitt or sponge
  • Clean, cool surface
  • Hose or pressure washer
  • Microfiber towels for drying

Step 1: Preparation

  1. Ensure the surface is cool and dry before starting the wash process to avoid water spots or streaks.
  2. Pre-rinse the surface with water to remove loose dirt and debris, minimizing the risk of scratching during the washing process.

Step 2: Application

  1. Load the foam cannon with the recommended amount of Ultra Clean. (Refer to the product instructions for dilution ratios if needed.)
  2. Spray the foam generously onto the surface, ensuring full coverage. The silica-infused formula will create a slick layer over your ceramic coating, helping to prevent micro-scratching during washing.

Step 3: Washing

  1. Using a microfiber wash mitt or sponge, gently agitate the foam and wash the boat in sections. Start from the top and work your way down, as this helps remove contaminants without causing streaking or scratching.
  2. Rinse each section thoroughly before moving on to the next one to avoid letting the foam dry onto the surface.

Step 4: Drying

  1. After rinsing, use a clean microfiber towel to dry the surface. This will prevent water spots and ensure the finish stays flawless.

  • Ultra Clean works in conjunction with Starke ceramic coatings, enhancing the surface by laying down a thin film of protective silica technology that helps retain maximum gloss and durability.
